They got permission to Install a cabin filter in my vehicle from some random person in the lobby and never did ask me about it. They only told me that they would put the old one back in when I went to vehicle from some random person in the lobby and never did ask me about it. They only told me that they would put the old one back in when I went to pay for the oil change, and still charged me for the labor and filter even though I didn’t approve replacing it. They also entered the wrong mileage of my vehicle in the system so service record is completely inaccurate. More
