From the beginning, it seemed that both the dealership and car brand acknowledge that the issue that happened with my vehicle was due to something happening internally. However, no assistance was given be and car brand acknowledge that the issue that happened with my vehicle was due to something happening internally. However, no assistance was given besides being told that is unfortunate. The EcoBoost motor only had 58,000 miles and was 2 months out of warranty, this should have been at least pro-rated. The easiest part of this whole situation was getting and paying the bill. In addition, I cannot fairly rate the quality of work, since my exhaust was hanging and had to be reattached after the initial pickup. Lastly, when asked about getting a hard document to show the vehicle has a warranty, I was told they cannot do that and I could instead look up the VIN. After much discussion, I was (finally) able to get the single piece of paper that took so much effort. Overall, this service department can fix something if needed but do not expect much else. I would suggest avoiding this brand and go get something else. More
