Very efficient and responsive service department, I had an appointment and they took me in right away. The shuttle whisked me away to work and back again to pick up my car, all fixed and ready to go. My worst car dealership experience I called in to check if they have a vehicle in stock. John took the call and told me that he will follow up with me and will meet me at the dealership I called in to check if they have a vehicle in stock. John took the call and told me that he will follow up with me and will meet me at the dealership. However, when I reached there, he was not present and did not let me know ahead of time that the listed vehicle had hail damage on it otherwise I wouldn't have driven 25 miles from my home to look at it. Chris Goetz is the salesperson who worked with me in the absence of John and he was by far the worst car salesperson I have ever worked with. His demeanor was extremely rude and not at all customer friendly. I am actually surprised that Luther group hired this man and made him a car salesman at their dealership? In the last 5 or 6 years, I always try working with Luther given their excellent customer service and so far I have worked with Luther dealership three times in the past (Luther White Bear Acura, Luther Burnsville Volkswagen, and Luther Brookdale Honda). When I went to Luther Hopkins, I was hoping for the same Luther experience but the way Chris Goetz dealt with me is making me question my relationship with them. Seriously disappointed. More
Great! The best kind of experience for a maintenance visit. A. C. Hecker was my Service Advisor. He approached me upon driving into the service area and from then on, throughout the day he gave me outstanding service and kept me advised of what needed repair on my 8-year old Honda Civic. I was there for the 100,000 mile maintenance on my car, however, I also had a few other issues. I brought a problematic issue to his attention and later he phoned me at work to advise of two other problems I was having with the car. I had saved up money for my 100,000 mile maintenance which the service advisors had gone over with me on two of my previous visits. That way, I knew what to expect regarding time and cost. A. C. called me to verify if I wanted him to proceed with all of the work needed to be done and discussed the cost with me as we went along since I asked for a rundown. He was so patient and considerate of my situation as well as the care of my car. I am so happy today to have my car in tiptop condition and I'm going for the next 100,000 miles!! Thank you A.C. and thank you Hopkins Honda for your fantastic service. The cashiers are wonderful people too and so is Chai Lor. I actually had fun getting my car serviced!! More

I was kept aware of of the timing of the fix and was provided with a rental during the time my car was being repaired. More
Jace was great. I was worried that the recall repair would take a long time. And I had a two year old with me. He had someone ready to work on my car immediately. He said it would be 1-1 1/2 hours. The play area kept my kid busy with a little cookie break in the middle. It was a completely painless experience. More
