I live in Rhode Island and am visiting Jason, my son and daughter-in-law who, like lots of couples with two little kids, work during the day. To help them out I brought in their KIA to have a broken right daughter-in-law who, like lots of couples with two little kids, work during the day. To help them out I brought in their KIA to have a broken right mirror replaced. As an out of state person I was really impressed with the courteous, prompt service I received. I brought the car in on a Monday. I was able to pick it up on Thursday, all washed and cleaned and ready to go. Excellent service. My daughter was looking for a used car but was away at school so I was "selected" to help. We narrowed down the search to a used car at Luther Kia of Bloomington. Pat Chiero helped me from the evening I test drove the car to the day I picked it up. Pat was helpful and knowledgable -- not pushy at all. On the first evening I was at the dealership, Dan, the General Sales Manager, introduced himself to me and proceeded to help me address some logistics regarding getting the car checked out by my mechanic. Dan and Pat couldn't have been more accommodating. We worked through a few details and my daughter decided to buy the car. I found everyone at the dealership very pleasant to work with. I appreciate how easy they made things for me. I would return to the dealership the next time I needed a car . . . and I wouldn't say that about many dealerships! Happy car shopping! More
