On the day we planned to head out, we realized that the replacement battery the dealership provided didn't solve the problem. Mike dropped everything and "reset" the key code in a matter of just a short wait for us. We are so grateful to Mike. Bait and Switch'd Let me start by saying I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in 2015 and it was a great experience and I loved them. Fast forward to Aug 2019 Let me start by saying I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in 2015 and it was a great experience and I loved them. Fast forward to Aug 2019, I was looking at getting a Nissan Leaf. They had a 2018 they were selling as new. They never went over numbers with me until we were in the business office already signing paperwork, meaning they had already done a hard pull on my credit. They started the business office meeting saying I had perfect credit, and then tried to tell me the high interest rate on the loan was due to credit problems, not the fact that they were financing the car as used, though they were selling it as new. I left without buying the car, and received a letter from one of the banks that I was denied for a loan with them. Upon contacting the bank, they started that Luther was selling the car for more than it was worth. I will never buy another car from this dealership. Even now, in October, I am getting letters from other banks stating the same thing, where Luther was valuing the car for more than it was worth. Never. Again. More
