When the TV was off in the lounge and I found myself standing in the hallway, I was greeted by a helpful service employee that was looking to help me and answer questions. Although he didn’t know how to get the TV to work he rallied other team members to help solve the issue. Which was awesome to see. The TV issue was resolved quickly. The overall time spend on my service was rather quick and I am a happy customer because of my experience. More
