Before signing my lease I wanted to either purchase my last leased car, purchase an new 2016 Rouge, or lease a new 2017 Rouge. Jeff gave me all three options and helped me make a no pressure wise decision. I leased a new 2017 Rouge. Jamie was especially helpful in making my paperwork and my maintenance package end of lease coverage options easy to understand. Positive new Kia SUV purchasing experience. At the recent Mpls Car Show we identified the Kia Sportage SUV as one of two vehicles for a test drive. We drove and liked the other SUV first followed by a premium Sportage SX (Turbo) with Rich Adamson at Luther Nissan Kia. We did not know Rich, but he was easy to meet and told us many things about the 2017 Sportage before we both test drove It. This Is a stylish SUV with a plush interior that includes many features. In addition, the turbo is a thrill to drive and we are delighted that Rich introduced us to the turbo model. At end of test drive, we had a positive experience in working with Rich to get a price on our Buick trade-in and the color,etc of the Sportage we wanted. Finding our first choice of exterior and interior color was a challenge because of rarity for this combination in the upper midwest, but Rich and his colleagues found one outside the Twin Cities area. This required a second meeting when we concluded our trade and purchase of a SUV we really like! Throughout this process, Rich was very helpful and never pushy. He provided us with perhaps our most pleasant "car trade and purchasing" experience which both of us typically dread! Thus, we had an unusual and great experience at Luther Nissan Kia with Rich in the lead role. More

Most likely spurred on by the emails received starting about 6 months into my lease about newer models - an annoyance, but I understand is part of the business. Always wanted to move up to a crossover, if only in the budget! Tony (sales) was a great asset in understanding the intricacies of my lease end terms as well as my options to lease a new vehicle. I appreciate how relatable and honest he was through my various test drives. His sense of humor made for a relaxed experience. He took the time to review the various model levels and even put one on hold for me that was scheduled for delivery the next week. Jamie (finance) was an efficient resource in guiding me through the extra terms and packages. I got a great rate and coverage that fits my needs and nothing more. Raul (management) made the extra effort to offer me free car washes for a month at a site closer to home. Not sure I'll actually be able to use them, but the gesture was heartfelt. In the end, I leased a 2017 Kia Niro. My experiences here have always been top notch (regular maintenance and recalls), so barring anything crazy I think they have a customer for life. 1st Luther experience I've been in the market for the right used vehicle for months. Saw the used car online and scheduled an appointment to go for a test drive. Niel Haski I've been in the market for the right used vehicle for months. Saw the used car online and scheduled an appointment to go for a test drive. Niel Haskin had the car (and the Carfax report) ready when we arrived and first thing as I got in, he rolled up the passenger window with my fingers in the way. PAIN! I'm laughing Neil. All is forgiven. But it was an interesting way to introduce yourself! The car was in impecable condition, ran great and was fun to drive. It was a one owner trade in, orginally bought from Luther Nissan Kia and all service work was done there too. It was obvious that the previous owner and Luther Nissan Kia teamed up to keep the car in great shape. And the price was reasonable. I was sold immeadiately. An hour of credit checks/paperwork later, I was driving off the lot in my new (to me at least) car. It was all in all a smooth, painless experience. (Except for the fingers in the window Neil!) Even my wife, who has no patience for this sort of thing, admitted it was pretty easy. Needless to say, we love the car and thank Luther Nissan Kia for providing a pleasent experience. More
