Our salesperson, Bre Erickson, was very helpful and she made the process easy. Took 3 weeks to get an appointment. I needed a new engine in my Kia due to engine failure. When the car was returned to me I had problems starting the car due to the battery. The car I needed a new engine in my Kia due to engine failure. When the car was returned to me I had problems starting the car due to the battery. The car went back and service center stated it was probably from when we put in a new battery (9 months ago) and cables were loose and it wasn’t their fault. I made a poor assumption that when you put in a new engine in a vehicle and also spend $1500 in additional maintenance that an overall check would be done on connection points. However that must not be part of the maintenance. Service manager never called us back. In addition the passenger window no longer works after service. Service center was very accusatory with me and let me know this wasn’t their fault. More
