In fact, he invited us to go and think about it and come back in a day or so. That says a lot about the guy's integrity, I think. He was never impatient, never tried to get us to buy something we were iffy about, so when we made the decision we were more than happy to give him our business. Once we'd agreed in principle we went to do the paperwork with Raul Tirado, and he made the paperwork - which I always find intimidating on major purchases - a piece of cake. Amazing car buying experience! I have bought (used) cars before from a different dealership and even though that dealership provided great service for my family and I, I must say th I have bought (used) cars before from a different dealership and even though that dealership provided great service for my family and I, I must say that Luther Nissan Kia surpassed that all! When I first arrived to the dealership, they were so busy and everything was going so fast that I thought that they were not going to pay close attention to our needs, meet our expectations, or even help me get a car! Well, I was wrong! Tom Hagmeier helped me get a brand new Nissan Sentra, first NEW car that I have owned! He was awesome! We had our son with us that day and since the dealership was so busy and our son was getting impatient, they let us take the Sentra home for the weekend as a rental and we came back on Monday. Since I had to be at work by noon, Tom cleaned our car personally! I was shocked that he would do that for us! He made this such an easy and smooth process for us! Eric Nieves in finance also got us a great deal on the car, which I don't think we would have gotten any where else! He was really nice and explained everything really well!
