I was nervous to go in and deal with any "typical" car salesmen, but I honestly had a great experience with everyone I talked to. Each person was very personable and helpful. I never felt I was getting screwed out of anything and I think they gave me a great deal on my trade in for the condition I brought it in. It was about a 2.5 hour experience, but they let me take the car that night! On the finance end of it, I felt like everything was explained to me thoroughly. Overall, it was a way easier situation than I thought it would be. Great customer service and quality. Love my new car! Definitely recommended for anyone buying a Nissan or Kia. More
First of all - great location. We live in Woodbury, It was easy to get there to buy a car and not going to be a problem to come for all the service needs. This is my second visit to this dealer as a paying customer and I am not going to go back! When you arrive you stand around waiting for assistance. I paid for a remote start and essentially had to a customer and I am not going to go back! When you arrive you stand around waiting for assistance. I paid for a remote start and essentially had to ask someone to show me how to use it. At a cost of cose to $400 it should have had at least more than give me your money. Also I just saw on my car receipt I should have delivered with a full tank or I will be chared $25 no one said anything to me and the tank was not full when I received the car. I am really disappointed considering the remote could have been purchased elswhere for much less I used the dealer as my car is still under warrenty will not make that mistake again. More

When I found myself in immediate need of a car and with limited finances, my husband hit the internet. He found an older Kia Sportage at Luther Nissan Kia. My daughter had dealt with them a couple years ago and had a good experience so we decided to go check it out. Tim Baker came out to help us and even though we were looking at probably the least expensive car on the lot he never tried to push us into more than we were looking for. He was very friendly & professional and answered all our questions. We bought the car and when we noticed a couple minor problems he was quick to make note of them so we could get them fixed under their used car warranty. Because of work and not comfortable driving after dark I was not able to take it in for the fix-its until the day before the warranty expired. I scheduled an appointment with the intention of waiting while they worked. When I went in for my appointment I dealt with Scott, who was also wonderful. I told him of another issue that had come up and the fact that our warranty was just about done. He said "no problem" they would take a look at it. Scott kept me informed of the progress and checked to see if I wanted to wait while they performed the additional work, which I did. My appointment was originally scheduled to take an hour and a half and even with the additional work they still had me back on the road in less than the hour and a half. More
