I had 3 visits. One with the venerable Kevin, showing me a vehicle I did not purchase. Another to look at a vehicle , with Kevin, that I was likely to purchase. I never waited more than 1.5 minutes for attention. Kevin, being attentive to another customer, partnered with John to carry on with me. John worked with me and I left after less than an hour with a first right of refusal payment. We finished the transaction the next day. I had expressed an interest in a relatively fast transaction process and was very well accommodated. John paid close attention to the prep details to make the in office transaction go well. John was excellent. Nic in finance, while still covering all of the necessary points and additional information, still moved it along. Very well done. The hand over of the vehicle was facilitated by Allie to point out the functional NEW aspects, much appreciated. I new what I wanted, they new how to get me into it with little fuss, and I belIeve a competitive price, and we worked it out with a smooth process. It was a good car buying experience. The reason for my visit was recorded inaccurately when I made the appointment. I made an appointment due to a recall notice for flickering headlights that I had been dealing with for a year and a half. Th made the appointment. I made an appointment due to a recall notice for flickering headlights that I had been dealing with for a year and a half. Then the tech couldn't find the recall for my car. Had to call over the KIA expert. Lots of conversation and they decided yes, there was a recall for flickering headlights. Which is a problem I had compalined about a year and a half ago without resolution. Left car. No communication for 5 hours. Sent a text and asked for status. Was told that yes, I did have the problem that the recall covered and I could come pick up my car. Made no sense so I called. Apparently this visit with just for a diagnosis. That was never mentioned. I specifically schedfuled the service when I had family in town as I have to either wait for the vehicle or Uber back and forth. So now I have another appointment for repair. I'm not happy. More
