Never return calls, told me 1. 5 hours for service, ended up being 4 hours because Kia didn't want them to use the part they had so they couldn't fix me car. Have to take time off 5 hours for service, ended up being 4 hours because Kia didn't want them to use the part they had so they couldn't fix me car. Have to take time off of work AGAIN to get it fixed. More
