Easy to get the car in and worked on. The main issue was that they underestimated the cost by around $200 and had no explanation for why it was more than they quoted. We had a great experience purchasing a 2022 Honda Pilot. Ricky, our salesperson, made the process really easy considering we live 170 miles away from the dealership.
