Great service department!!! I purchased a used vehicle from Luther Honda and needed to bring it back for a couple issues a few days later. I was astonished as to how well the dev I purchased a used vehicle from Luther Honda and needed to bring it back for a couple issues a few days later. I was astonished as to how well the device department took care of me! They were able to quickly troubleshoot the issue, fix the problems and cover the entire cost under the warranty Luther offered. I would highly recommend Luther and there service department to anyone!!! More

Excellent Service We had a factory defect in the paint of our new accord that we bought. Run Around I have a 2016 HRV w/ a hatchback that wouldn’t open and a spare tire compartment filled w/ water. The first time I brought it to the Honda service cen I have a 2016 HRV w/ a hatchback that wouldn’t open and a spare tire compartment filled w/ water. The first time I brought it to the Honda service center in June, they suggested I have the auto starter removed before they worked on it. i did, and the guy who removed the starter was ticked. He looked up HRVs and said their hatchbacks are ‘trouble’. I brought it back to Honda, and they gave me a $2800 estimate to replace 2 wire harnesses or $900 to repair both connectors.. That’s not including the $280+ for the failing start button for the smart start light. I declined and asked if the HRV hatch had a history of problems. They said NO. Today I brought it to an independent repair shop where the hatch was repaired for $500. The owner also told me there are posts all over about problems w/ the 2016 HRV hatchbacks. Interesting. Now I have to get my remote reinstalled. Although they were friendly and kept me posted, I think Honda whizzed on my leg and told me it was lemonade. More

A bunch of loose lug nuts EDIT: they fixed the problem EDIT: I went in to have an oil change and a tire rotation. It was fine until a week had passed I stated to have a vibration in my front driver side EDIT: I went in to have an oil change and a tire rotation. It was fine until a week had passed I stated to have a vibration in my front driver side tire. When I checked the lug nuts on the tire, I found that three of the four were loose to the point that I was surprised that they were still on. When I checked the other tires one had two loose and a third had one loose. I took in the car to Honda and they got it in and fixed the problem without any questions asked. More
