The service liaison came out with some other issues my Accord had. It’s older. The total bill was over $300. Oh my! These were small issues too. Great place, but the overhead is tremendous. More

Great service and waiting area I arrived and was greeted promptly plus given instructions on what to do. Then I was asked a few questions and then escorted to the customer waiting I arrived and was greeted promptly plus given instructions on what to do. Then I was asked a few questions and then escorted to the customer waiting area. The representative instructed me as to where the free beverages and snacks were located. Showed me where the restrooms, televisions and charging station which has a variety of charging cables to hook up your device to. I waited while they performed the requested service. They returned when finished and let me know my car was in good condition. They had one recommendation on future service which I requested to have done immediately and they complied. When everything was completed the representative kindly thanked me and gave me a copy of the service details plus a final billing for the service. She escorted me to the cashier’s location and thanked me again and wished me a good day. Thank you Stacy for the wonderful experience. More

Josh kept the ball rolling with my trade and purchase and was highly responsive and very open to communicate with even before I arrived at the dealership. Upon arrival, they were welcoming, Josh was prompt and my service was superb. As my paperwork was processed I received a tour of the site and service department with multiple offers for coffee or refreshment. It felt like home away from home. My finance deal was just as seamless, Lee was informative yet not pushy. Excellent service all around, I will be a return customer here. More

Van was not starting, key fab issues , runs hard at times The service center is helpful and friendly However I feel there has been something not right with my van since we purchased it. Weird issues off and on and when I try to explain them I don’t always feel like I am heard. I really feel there is something not right with our van and worry as soon as our warranty is up then suddenly everything will be discovered and cost us out of pocket. I have felt it shifts funny during driving and have been told it’s just the type of engine it has but I disagree with that and many people who have been in the van with me agree, it like almost skips or suddenly surges and then dogs out. The key fab and settings seem to work when they want to like the system has a mind of its own. I have had issues with the screen going totally dark and then reappear. This is the second time I have had to bring it in to be looked at for the starting issue. I have been told the battery is testing just fine and they can find no issues when coding it. Same with the shifting. I have been told they have taken it out and driven it and feel no odd shift changes, slips / misses or driving problems.. I want to be clear I love the van itself but I feel that is just has bugs perhaps because it is 2018? I don’t know. I do feel like I’m not taken seriously when I express my concerns with the over all running of the vehicle. So this survey response is not just in regards to my most recent service but is stating my over all concerns I have with the vehicle from purchase. Thank you More
