The pre-check was done by another dealer and it indicated everything was fine but one rear seat folding left side button did not work when I got it home. Could’ve been double checked. Have what should be an unnecessary service appointment scheduled. Service manager was very good on the phone to help me reprogram the walk away lock option. Business cards should be updated to reflect the correct email address. Extras seemed too expensive. Had to wait here and there even though I was spending a lot. Really have my doubts on the electronic final coat rust prevention offering/value. Claim is too prevent rust but the warranty only covers rust that has progressed to an advanced level. Not sure if I should be concerned about dripping/pooling liquid, may be ac condensation water. More

Great Service & Great Waiting Area I am well satisfied with the work performed on my car last Friday. Beside my oil change, I was having a front-end shimmy problem, so I put it in thei I am well satisfied with the work performed on my car last Friday. Beside my oil change, I was having a front-end shimmy problem, so I put it in their capable hands. Within a couple of hours, the problem was resolved. In the meantime, I availed myself of the amenities in the nice,, very spacious waiting room....coffie and a nature bar. I had my own cubicle with a TV, so was happy with that. I definitely would have no qualms about recommending the Waite Park Honda Service Center. More

Stacey in service was REALLY friendly and kind to my dog Lily, that helped her a lot! Service done very promptly, and I also appreciate the free car wash. NEG: A s I waited, a salesperson came up to me and was a little pushy in seeing if I wanted to trade-in my car, even though it's just 2 yrs old --- and turned out, he hadn't looked up the right car owner anyways. Makes me a little less comfortable in going back. More

30K checkup I thought Dane was very helpful and courteous as he explained what was going to be done with my car when I dropped it off. Instead of making me wait f I thought Dane was very helpful and courteous as he explained what was going to be done with my car when I dropped it off. Instead of making me wait for the regular shuttle driver, one of the service techs drove me to work. The car was ready much sooner than expected and the shuttle to take me back to the dealership was very prompt. Overall, a very good experience. More
