I gave 5 stars because: Dane was super courteous, knowledgeable and handled everything for me at check in even leaving the service area to go track down a shuttle driver for me. The guy driving the shuttle (forgot his name) was super friendly, and prompt too! The work was completed way earlier than expected which was great! Overall, I was very happy with the entire process! Everyone that worked with me and those who worked on Rhonda- yep, my CRV is named Rhonda the Honda! deserve accolades for their excellent work! Job well done everyone!! More
