Right away I could tell that Corey was not one of those pushy car salesman. He remained extremely attentive during my questioning and was able to provide all of the answers I was looking for. In addition, Corey's walk through of the car I was interested in was extremely thorough. Because of that walk through, I fell in love with my new Honda Accord. My next interaction was with Josh Anderson who was also extremely kind and helpful. I spent most of my time with him and got to know him very well. Josh also had a lot of knowledge and expertise. I always walked away with a smile after visiting him. I then worked with Ricky and Brian in the finance department and walked away happy knowing that I fully understood the terms and conditions of my vehicle purchase as explanations were extremely transparent. 4 hours waiting for business office We had an appointment at 10:00 a.m., we arrived at 9:45. We did not leave until 1:15 p.m. We came to simply buy out our lease. Something that we should have been able to simply walk in and sign some papers. We sat with a sales person nearly the entire time. He seemed irritated but not as much as we were. He was friendly and sympathetic. He also said the "managers" weren't happy the people before us we're taking so long. We mentioned that maybe the vehicle could get detailed while we waited but nothing was done. Finally another employee was called in to help in the finance department. Once we got into his office we were done in 20 minutes. We left angry & unsatisfied. No manager ever spoke to us. Nothing was offered for wasting our entire day. No free oil change, no car wash, nothing. We will probably never visit a Luther dealership again, especially not the st. Cloud one. More

CJ is the best sales man you could ever ask for! I bought a brand new 2016 civic back in December 2016 and Corey was amazing on helping me find the perfect civic while also being in my price range.
