4 hours waiting for business office We had an appointment at 10:00 a.m., we arrived at 9:45. We did not leave until 1:15 p.m. We came to simply buy out our lease. Something that we should have been able to simply walk in and sign some papers. We sat with a sales person nearly the entire time. He seemed irritated but not as much as we were. He was friendly and sympathetic. He also said the "managers" weren't happy the people before us we're taking so long. We mentioned that maybe the vehicle could get detailed while we waited but nothing was done. Finally another employee was called in to help in the finance department. Once we got into his office we were done in 20 minutes. We left angry & unsatisfied. No manager ever spoke to us. Nothing was offered for wasting our entire day. No free oil change, no car wash, nothing. We will probably never visit a Luther dealership again, especially not the st. Cloud one. More

Work not completed I left my car there all day to get new tires put on, but when I returned it hadn't been completed. They were kind enough to give me another car to drive and then delivered my car the next day, but the didn't even wash it, which was included and listed on my service printout. And just for the screwup on their part, it would've been nice to throw in a free detailing. More
