Wonderful experience! I went into the dealership to "just look" and ended up with a brand new Pilot not long after. The salesman we worked with, Benji, was phenomenal! He was extremely knowledgable, patient, and completely customer-centered. He even entertained my children while I finished up the final paperwork and stayed late into the evening to complete the sale. Two days later, I came back to get the protection package put on my vehicle, and Benji took the time to further demonstrate the features of my new vehicle. All of the staff were friendly, not pushy, and willing to help. Next time I buy a new vehicle, I will go to Luther Honda first! More

His fabulous customer service didn't skip a beat throughout the process, all the way to the time we shook his hand to drive off the lot with our brand new Honda Pilot. Not only did Benji have a great personality, but he listened to understand what we were looking for. He provided options and insight on various makes & models. He was educated from the look & feel, comparisons, financing, negotiating, all the way down to the details of what every button in the vehicle was for & when it should be used.
