1st oil change My experience was great, made an appointment, showed up a little early, no problem. Oil changed, tires rotated, and on the road in less than an hour. My experience was great, made an appointment, showed up a little early, no problem. Oil changed, tires rotated, and on the road in less than an hour. I was really impressed with the way the service people delt with other customers. While my service was straight forward, others had some problems, and were handled almost like family.Great place. We have lost faith in service dept. They push hard to up se They push hard to Up selling even when all we need is an oil change. It is frustrating. We don't feel like we can totally trust service dept recommendations. Every visit is $150 dollars or more to $500. I wish there was another Honda dealer closer to us as an option . More
