New tires installed, wheels aligned I went in with a tire low on air. A nail was found in the tire in a location where the tire couldn't be patched, it needed to be replaced. I was already on the market for new tires so I had the whole set replaced. Two or three tires that were available immediately were described to me. I selected one, they were replaced and the wheels were aligned while I waited. I appreciated the good service. When I got home and looked over the paperwork, I realized that there was no description of the tires that I had purchased. I remember him telling me several features of those tires. I called and asked him to email to me the model of the tires and a description of them and their features. I am still waiting for that. More
