Had to bring my Honda CRV in to have brakes checked due to pedal feeling soft and like car might not stop This rating is based on recent experience. Had to bring my Honda CRV in to have brakes checked due to pedal feeling soft and like car might not stop. I brought it in in December, then January and now February. I had been told there was air in the line. The brake pedal was better after Dec and Jan service, but I had to take it back again this month, I asked them to PLEASE find out the root cause of the problem. Now I’m told it is the master cylinder. The part has to be ordered, and I will have to take it back again for this work. Stacey has been helping me. She is friendly and helpful and I feel this dealership practices excellent service recovery which is why I recommend it. The only thing I find not to my liking is being called “honey” or “dear” (hence the rating). This may be a habit of Stacey’s but it comes across as patronizing and like I’m being treated as a child (I’m 71 retired executive so those days are gone!). I hope this is helpful information for her. Thank you. More
