Thank you, James! My low tire light came on. I had so many things going on, so I ran onto Honda to have it checked. James came right out and started checking my tires. My low tire light came on. I had so many things going on, so I ran onto Honda to have it checked. James came right out and started checking my tires. I had evidently driven over an allen wrench, of all things, and it was stuck in my tire. I told James I needed it fixed, but it was just such a tightly scheduled day. He kindly pushed to get it done asap, and I was back to the office in 25 min with a fixed tire and vehicle inspection under my belt. Thank you to James for the personalized attention! More

Helpful mechanics I had problem with my ignition switch and could not understand how this could be the case, since my car was still starting. It would start, but then I had problem with my ignition switch and could not understand how this could be the case, since my car was still starting. It would start, but then die immediately. When I asked for an explanation, Dane helped me to understand how the switch is connected to and powers other electrical systems in the vehicle. I always appreciate knowing how things work and why they need to be replaced or repaired rather than just relying on someone's word. I was very impressed with his willingness to teach me something I hadn't known before. More
