call back service Getting annoyed with all of Honda's recalls! I had a Chevy Blazer for 17 years, and never once had a recall. Between our civic & crv, this seems to Getting annoyed with all of Honda's recalls! I had a Chevy Blazer for 17 years, and never once had a recall. Between our civic & crv, this seems to be a frequent occurence. Starting to question Honda's assembly. Also, first time there that they didn't wash my car! The service attendant claimed it was too cold, which simply wasn't true! Every car wash in town was opened, and instead of waiting in line, I was looking forward to a clean car after my service appointment. Worst part was when I left, I drove around the building, and there in the car wash stall, was a car just going in! ha...guess it wasn't too cold for THAT car...hehe Oh well.... More
Service Staff is very helpful efficient and respectful of my time. A day later I called in to order tires. Got in to have the tires installed the next day. Keith made sure I had everything from the quote on the final workorder. Out the door and happy to be driving with 4 new tires in snowy February!!! More

Terribly disappointed I leased a Honda Fit, which doesn't start if you don't run it for a couple of days in the winter. I have had to jump start it several times. This is I leased a Honda Fit, which doesn't start if you don't run it for a couple of days in the winter. I have had to jump start it several times. This is not acceptable for a new car. So far the dealership says there's nothing wrong with the car. I want to get out of the lease and get into a vehicle that I can count on to start, but the dealership says I will have to pay about $1,000 to end my lease early. I have leased many vehicles and never had this problem before. More
