The guys in service are very nice & helpful. .I didn' t feel like I was being conned into expensive work I didn't need.. my 2nd time there and i live 4 1/2 hrs away..So it's not convenient for me .I didn' t feel like I was being conned into expensive work I didn't need.. my 2nd time there and i live 4 1/2 hrs away..So it's not convenient for me but i make it work..I also like there location easy to get to from I94. They kept my vehicle inside over the weekend as I had an early monday morning appt, i was concerned about leaving it out, so that was a great relief. More

This is my second time coming to this dealership for service. After the first time I went home and raved to my husband about how good they were. This time… I’m not so sure about that. After fixing a rol service. After the first time I went home and raved to my husband about how good they were. This time… I’m not so sure about that. After fixing a roller on my sliding door, they offhandedly told me that it didn’t “latch” or “click” when closed? I’m thinking… “Well, that’s never happened before”… But they’re sending it home so it must not be a big deal. I had to stop 3 times to shut the door….each time it indicated it was closed but pretty soon.not latched….on the freeway! When I called, I felt like this wasn’t their problem, even though they had been working on the door, and it had never happened before this. Replacing the roller wasn’t a cheap fix and I feel they only did it halfway. More

Been there for Service for transmission flush , which took only half an hour. So quick that I’m in doubt that service was even performed, since the car has the same problem that it had before the servic took only half an hour.
