Superb service I work in the customer service industry and I know service, but I have never seen a service as great and timely as the service provided to me by VW We I work in the customer service industry and I know service, but I have never seen a service as great and timely as the service provided to me by VW West side. Most specifically I worked with Helton Cerqueira and he went above and beyond to find me the perfect car and to satisfy all of my needs. It felt like he knew what I want before I even verbalize it. At first I was pretty set on a color that wasn't currently at their dealership and Maura was more than happy to look for one that fit my criteria.
