Pretty sure they tried to rip me off on the purchase price. I was finally able to get the interest rate on the bank financing from them and when I calculated the monthly payment for the amount financed price. I was finally able to get the interest rate on the bank financing from them and when I calculated the monthly payment for the amount financed it came out to $461 per month. When we sat down to sign all of the documents, they indicated the monthly payment to be $561 per month. When I pointed out the discrepancy, they immediately produced a second set of documents with the correct payments. Go figure... I bought a used car and they were telling me about their 60 (?) point inspection for all used cars and that their used cars were road worthy and ready to go. Within 1,000 miles, I had a tire blowout and found out I needed a new set of tires. While they were installing the tires they showed me that the rear brakes were completely gone and I needed to replace them. Also, the horn didn't work. When I went back to the dealer to complain about all of this, they said there was nothing they could do about it. I will never ever do business with Lynne again. They are the worst!!!! More

I just purchased my first new car at 26 and I have to say lynne's Subaru in Bloomfield was 10 out of 10 in guiding and accommodating my experience and expectations. First and foremost, Mr. Otto the sales person was great at checking off all my concerns and addressing key points in package deals, Lou the finance manager was more than helpful in getting my interest rate where I wanted it and lastly jackson the customer service specialist gave me the breakdown on all the features in my package deal. Lynne's Subaru told me it would cost $2,200 to repair the clutch and pressure plate on my car. That sounded high, so I took the car to another garage, which today repaired it for $1,130 - almost exactly half clutch and pressure plate on my car.
