Just don't seem to have their sales team together. Make web deals and then don't have the vehicles ready. Treat their customers like untrustworthy scammers. Very pleased with Jorge. Great sales person, waited after hours and showed us three trucks and test drove two. After driving two, we had decided with a long bed or short bed truck.
