Terry was great. Took over 2 weeks to take care of the car at the processing center. No one could trio me what was taking so long and at one point i was told the car Took over 2 weeks to take care of the car at the processing center. No one could trio me what was taking so long and at one point i was told the car was at the dealership which was clearly not so.. if Terry hadn’t sooothed things over I would have come in for my deposit and gone to another dealership.
