Arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time but was greeting, nonetheless, very cordially. The check in process was a breeze. I waited at the dealership for the work to be done. There were several seating options including task stations with internet connection, power supply and even snacks and coffee. My car was finished within a reasonable amount of time. When the bill was presented there were no surprises. I am ahappy camper.... with any luck I wont see them again for another year. More

My first Mini was a convertible in 2005, so I am returning to my roots. I was able to drive out in my new car a few hours after making my purchase decision!
