Love my new Countryman Had a great car buying experience at Otto's Mini. I went in knowing I wanted a Countryman, but wasn't sure whether I wanted to go pre-owned or new. I Had a great car buying experience at Otto's Mini. I went in knowing I wanted a Countryman, but wasn't sure whether I wanted to go pre-owned or new. I'm the kind of customer that takes a long time to make a decision, so it requires a lot of patience on the part of the salesperson. Michael Dixon never rushed the experience, he let me test drive several vehicles, did the same for my wife, and eventually got us in the car that fit all my needs. Of course I had to battle a bit to get the price I wanted, but that's the nature of the beast. The Countryman is a gorgeous vehicle, and drives like a dream. I am so happy I purchased this MINI!!
