Only took about 6 months to get my vehicle running correctly. And when I took time to stop and think about what went wrong, I came to the conclusion that if Larry Lebeck would’ve listened to my concer correctly. And when I took time to stop and think about what went wrong, I came to the conclusion that if Larry Lebeck would’ve listened to my concerns instead of continuously and rudely cutting me off, each and every time I visited this dealership, maybe most of this would’ve been avoided. Once a got my vehicle back, after not being in my possession for 4 months, I realized that the vehicle sat for so long that 2 tires were severely deflated. So deflated that one of them needed to be inflated just to pull it to the front. Truck was dirty, with 1 tire still very low. Meanwhile, a white customer who stated his vehicle had been in for repairs for about a month, is getting a complimentary car wash before his vehicle is returned. This dealership treated me like terribly. And Larry Lebeck treated me worse. No one should ever experience the xxxx Ive experienced with Mac Haik Chevrolet. Not sure if they treat all customers poorly, or just black ones, but this experience was definitely 0/10. More
