Into shop on 29 Jan. with check engine light and oil light on. Came out of shop on 12 Feb. On the way home found that oil light was on. Back into shop on 13 Feb. Invoice shows it was ready on 24 Feb. It appears to me that Service Technician didn't complete his work first time he had it and then the communication was not pro active. I've delt with Jim Cox for years and he apologized for the problems so I'm good. Your shop will still get my business. More
