I had an appointment set for 8, I got there around 8::15 because of traffic. Being a first time customer at the service dept I waited in my vehicle for someone to come. To me. That’s not how they do it here because of traffic. Being a first time customer at the service dept I waited in my vehicle for someone to come. To me. That’s not how they do it here. But when I went inside they immediately helped me and told me it would be a hour and half for an oil change and tire rotation. They were done in 30 minutes! Way better than the dealer that is closer to my house that takes over 5 hours to do the same thing! More
