Gear shift cable came off transmission engagement lever. Called Tony @ Mac Haik and told him of my problem. I indicated that we had a very important family event to attend and needed that special " Mac Hai Called Tony @ Mac Haik and told him of my problem. Having been a customer at the dealership since 1984, may or may not ment a difference as Tony told me" I understand your needs and while I can't promise that our technician we get it finished, I will try my best" That was all I was asking for. Two hours later it was delivered and during the repair the technician observed an additional problem and it was repaired with my OK. That my friends is service with a smile. More
