I got to the Express department around 4p, came in for an oil change and I had told the guy last time I was here. They said I needed either a engine filter or a cabin air filter I couldn't remember. So he to oil change and I had told the guy last time I was here. They said I needed either a engine filter or a cabin air filter I couldn't remember. So he told me that he was leaving soon and he introduced me to Steffany Hayden. He told me she would check me out on my truck was ready. I'm gonna say it was about 530p when I went to look out the window in the service Bay and I saw they were bringing my truck down and about to back it out. So I went up to Steffany and asked her hey I thought you were going to tell me what was recommended the cabin air filter or the engine filter? She goes oh let me see if they sent what you need over yet. So when she opened it up on the computer, she showed me the list of items and I said why didn't they tell me what I needed before you pulled my car up? She goes, cause most customers don't do the recommended service. I was like OK, well I want to do one of the filters so can you please tell me which one is the most important out of the two? So we end up doing the engine air filter. So then I had to take my truck back around and that took another 20 minutes so next time how about you tell us what we need before you finish with my vehicle because that cost me an extra 20 minutes! More
