I took my car in to get an oil change and when you arrive you park under a covered parking area and then are greeted and such. When the oil change, tire rotation and top offs were complete I paid and was giv you park under a covered parking area and then are greeted and such. When the oil change, tire rotation and top offs were complete I paid and was given my keys. Instead of my car returning to the covered space where I left it for the technician, it was parked. The weather was inclement and I had to walked over to where my care was parked and drive off. When I opened my car door the plastic covering for the seat was still on there and the floor covering was there. I don’t think I should have had to walk to retrieve my vehicle and remove the items your technicians needed to protect my carpet and seat. So I am dissatisfied with that aspect. More

I did not like having to drive back across houston, to have my coolant filled up, When I come for an oil change, I expect all of my fluids to be topped off as it says in your bulletin.....
