The service invoice was presented to me and I asked the service advisor to go with me to the car and identify the parts that were replaced. I challenged that one of the parts that I was charged for on the service advisor to go with me to the car and identify the parts that were replaced. After investigating with the tech and parts department , it was agreed that there was a mistake made and one of the parts charged for on the invoice was infact not installed. Service advisor corrected the invoice. Customers should always review the work performed versus charges on the invoice. More

I have used Mac Haik Chevrolet Dealer for many years. They have always been great. I recently used them for a recall for my brake assist and electrical problem.
