In late October had a new battery installed on my Lincoln, since then my Sync 3 Sync 3 Nav system has been acting up, I was told to do a factory reboot, by my service advisor, did this 2 times still Lincoln, since then my Sync 3 Sync 3 Nav system has been acting up, I was told to do a factory reboot, by my service advisor, did this 2 times still acting up. Called yesterday for appointment, they told me April 30th was the soonest, I was all set to make this my dealership for a future purchase, I will definitely be re thinking this. I am a long time purchaser of ford products. I have never had to wait 3 months for an appointment! I am very disappointed. More
The service was great, but, no parking Available. Didn't realize lane was blocked off with parked cars on the end. Thank goodness for backup cameras. Had to park in Body Shop area. Fortunately, service man was in parking lot and helped me find my car. Very nice. Showed me how to get my car horn to beep. No help because I have hearing loss and can't determine direction. You might want to advise customers, if no parking available, just park anyplace you can find a space. More
