Had oil changed at Quik Lane on 3/5/24. Later that day, I noticed a rubbing noise and a lot of unusual road noise. However, on 3/3/24, a lady followed me and when I stopped, she told me that she could see something was hanging down under the car and was concerned. Took my car back to Quik Lane on 3/11 and found out it was the guard over the oil pan. The technician put the guard back on my car. They said there were several screws missing that held on the guard! Their written report said "there were screws missing that were missing the previous time". Since the same department at the same dealership have done all my oil changes since I purchased the car as new, you would think that if that's the case, they should have fixed it right the first time. More
