Was a fairly smooth transaction other than taking so long to finish when I did not even have a trade in to deal with. Management did not know how to apply my fordpass credits of 111,000 points and did not se to finish when I did not even have a trade in to deal with. Management did not know how to apply my fordpass credits of 111,000 points and did not seem interested in applying the $550 in points to my purchase. Arthur tried to figure out how to get the credit and finally get it applied. In finance I made it clear I did not want any add-ons but had to listen to the hard sell xx about all the dealer added stuff. In the end it just so happened they forgot to remove the $500 for gap insurance. Just glad I looked at the bottom line and got that removed. Typical Dealership games they all play. I was very happy with Arthur Morgan as a salesman he did a good job. More

I really should give a 3-4 star due to how long it takes to get though finance. And this was on a Monday and it did not look busy. I did not even have a trade in and due to it being the plug in hybrid I kne to get though finance. And this was on a Monday and it did not look busy. Also Having to listen to the finance sepal for all the overpriced "dealer addons" gets old when you buy cars a lot and I wish they would just skip it when you tell them you don't want any of it but apparently they have to anyways. Also check your final price finance just happened to forget and not remove the gap insurance who is going to notice a 500 change in total price with so many numbers on the table. But my salesman Arthur Morgan Did a very good job and I did not want to blemish his work with lower stars. Its the 3rd car I have purchased at Mac Hiak ford and it was the smoothest so far. I really wish the staff was up to date on ford pass points being used on a new car purchase but they should be now as I got to use all 111000 points for 550 off the price. More
David was probably the worst communicator of a service agent I’ve ever received. Not only was he absolutely uninterested in providing me service from the first time we met.
