I also own a Expedition, and we were having problems with the transmission, it had 41k on the vehicle. We call MacHaik for the service department, and phone rang and rang, and then the line went dead. I ca the transmission, it had 41k on the vehicle. BUT, we were driving around and pulled in to look at the Bronos. And we met the best sales man ever. His name is Art Espinosa, and TOTALLY switched our feelings about Mac Haik Ford. And we drove out with a brand new Bronco Sport. More
