I have been dealing with Mac Haik Ford / Lincoln for close to 10 years. I purchased at 2021 Ford Ranger (Not from them), It was having issues with the transmission, I went to Mac Haik as I have had all close to 10 years. I purchased at 2021 Ford Ranger (Not from them), It was having issues with the transmission, I went to Mac Haik as I have had all my service work done there over the last 10 years . I was informed that they are two months out for transmission shop. so I schedule an appointment, needles to say we got to that date, called to get an update on the vehicle, Was told they hadn't even looked at it yet that it could take up to 2-3 days before they will even look at it. At this point after waiting two months I was not a happy customer, what is the point of an appointment if you are not going to look at the vehicle the day of that appointment?. I picked up my truck and now taking it to another dealer ship. Clearly disappoint with the level of Service I received from them. I will not be spending my money with Mac Haik any time soon. More

When I got in my car after the service I noticed a lot of black specks on the drivers seat. When I wiped them off they left black streaks on the seat, the next day I noticed several more on the dash. I also noticed that the floor board mat on the drivers side was dirty which I had vacuumed the day before service. You guys need to put service mats down and ensure your service techs don’t use dirty or soiled rags when inside the cars. More
