Everyone I dealt with in service and parts was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I Had an issue with a seat trim part, the part number was wrong in the Ford/Lincoln system. Though it took a while, several people hung in there after a few tries and made sure we got the correct part and the repair was done properly and looked like new. Cowboy Goodman was very thorough, Shay Piel made sure I had something to drive. And David in parts used his own credit card to get the correct part shipped from another dealership to expedite getting it done after the first few wrong part deliveries. They worked hard as a team to get this done right. Robert Fox at corporate Lincoln Concierge helped with the part number resolution, contacted me and called me and the dealership on a regular basis to make sure things stayed on track and meeting expectations. Robert is a very good communicator and excellent in customer service. Thanks for the team effort. More
