Very polite and greeted me when I came in, provided a realistic timeframe when my truck will be done. I brought my vehicle into the Quick Lane for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn't have an appointment because I was told it would be almost 2 weeks out before I could get an appointment so I went change and tire rotation. I didn't have an appointment because I was told it would be almost 2 weeks out before I could get an appointment so I went in last week on a walk-in basis. It took a total of 4 hours from the time they took my keys to the time they were done. I waited in the lobby the whole time. Also, they didn't apply the new oil change sticker on my windshield nor did they reset the oil life filter indicator so it still showed 20% when I got home. They really need separate lanes for those customers wanting an oil change and those getting other services done. I don't like how they can't schedule appointments yet are able to take walkin customers. It wastes a lot of my time. Overall, bad experience and previous visits were similar to this one. More

Our Salesman, Marshall Benavides, was great to work with. I called and told him what I wanted. Not only did he have the truck we were looking for, Mac Haik had the lowest price of any truck I looked at in th I called and told him what I wanted.
