I was greeted promptly upon my arrival at the Quick Lube. My 2017 Lincoln was washed & waiting for me to pick up after receiving a phone call that the work was completed. My salesman Douglas was good. When I got the finance manager, my numbers were inflated and when I called to go another way with financing he was very difficult and refused to take When I got the finance manager, my numbers were inflated and when I called to go another way with financing he was very difficult and refused to take some things away making it obvious they are more concerned with their pocket than getting me the best deal.
