We have been to this dealership before so we always knew we'd be taken care of as far service to vehicle. This time we were pleasantly in good hands once more. I know they are limited to what they can /can't do but he genuinely was very nice, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He worked with us, not acting like some salespeople who you ultimately try to avoid. The finance guy Alex and Jared in the accessory dept are also worth mentioning as they are top notch in their departments and both are genuine personnel at Mac Haik. I will ultimately tell friends & family to go there and seek them out if looking for vehicle. More

Mack Haik ford in Georgetown is top notch on my list. I bought an insurance policy that was to cover wheels on my King Ranch. I messed a couple of them up and filed a claim. The insurance company said c I bought an insurance policy that was to cover wheels on my King Ranch. I messed a couple of them up and filed a claim. The insurance company said chrome wheels were not included. The dealership made good on the claim and gave me two new wheels. That takes a lot of integrity which is lacking in many other dealerships. Great people to work with. I highly advise people to go to Mack Haik ford in Georgetown if you're looking for a Ford or Lincoln. More

Rene Riojas did a wonderful job helping me order and take delivery of my Bronco. Alex Ortiz in finance made it a very easy experience. I would highly recommend them.
