Had a great experience with Mac Haik. I had ordered a 2022 Maverick and of course there was as shortage from Ford but my salesperson, Blake, kept me updated throughout the wait. I ended u I had ordered a 2022 Maverick and of course there was as shortage from Ford but my salesperson, Blake, kept me updated throughout the wait. I ended up moving my order to a 2023 order, which Blake made an easy process. Very happy with how it went. It was worth the 16 month wait to get my Maverick! More

We had our Lincoln in for servicing, inspection and new tires. Although their entire staff is helpful and friendly, we received exceptional service from Ryan Burgener both on 1-25-23 and 1-27-23. Mac Haik Ford's Georgetown location is hands down the best dealership I have purchased a vehicle through! I purchased my first new vehicle from this dealership years ago and recently purchased a new Ford best dealership I have purchased a vehicle through! I purchased my first new vehicle from this dealership years ago and recently purchased a new Ford Bronco. After the recent Bronco purchase. I was so impressed with two employee's at the Georgetown location "Rick Krause" and "Travis Alexander". I placed an order for a new truck just a few days later! Now that you know Mac Haik is the best Ford dealership I have every done buisness with. I would like to share my opinion in regards to the worst Ford dealership I have NOT had the pleasure of doing business with. This dealer is located in San Antonio and goes by the name of Northside Ford. Their sales department is "OK" at best. But their service department is a "clown show" from top to bottom. I will never step through the doors of that dealership again and will now be dealing with Mac Haik's Southway Ford location for any service related issues moving forward. More
