Brought Vehicle in for a recall and picked up. Received call from manager that they forgot to replace something to come in for fix and free tank of gas for trouble. A month ago, I Made an appointment online for Quick Lane service.: Oil change check fluids rotate tires. When I got there the tech said my appointment was moved to regular service. So…I went to Regular service.: Oil change check fluids rotate tires. When I got there the tech said my appointment was moved to regular service. So…I went to Regular Service bay. The tech took my car to get service. Two hours and twenty minutes laterI asked a tech for an update. They brought my car around and gave me a paper that said what they did. I left. More
